The staff is always willing to help, answer questions and to listen to stories. The seed is fresh and my birds LOVE it. Have tried other seed from other places but the birds would not eat.

We were greeted promptly upon our entrance to the store. Service was friendly without being intrusive or insistent. The person waiting on us acted like he was interested in helping us.

The staff can answer questions about different feeders and food products for birds. They tell you about events associated with the store. Also, repair feeder.

Love this store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love animals so I really enjoy browsing around the store. They have unique and interesting items you don't see everywhere else.

I have used WBUL products for 12+ years. This store for 3, before in North Carolina. The quality of the bird food is excellent, the price is competitive and the staff are friendly and helpful. In Lexington I have enjoyed additional events sponsored by the store.
