The staff knows their stuff. They do not try to oversell, and they listen well to the customers.

Actually I had tried to go online and pre-order. However I was given a message that the items were not available. I then called at 10 and spoke with Chris who took my order over the phone. Mt daughter picked up the order for us since my husband had surgery. Everything was ready and they helped her load it. Thank you. The order was perfect and paid for so it was easy for my daughter to pick up.

I love this store. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I also like the new expanded area.

I was exchanging a seed cylinder that was too large for my peanut feeder. That led to a conversation with Betty about Bats and Bat houses. Now I want to install one at home.

The staff at my store are very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Betty (who likes Wrens) in particular is my favorite employee and it is a joy to talk with her. I was a little surprised when I arrived because the store has been enlarged, as Betty told me, to the original size. The additional space will only improve the shopping experience. While there, we discussed the best feed for a new feeder I purchased and where product had been moved due to the expansion. I love my wild bird store!

I wasn’t going to make a purchase, but talking to the clerk about the hummingbird feeders made me want to buy one and the bundle.

The staff is always friendly and gracious. They always offer to carry my items out to the car. I am impressed with the remodel and expansion and look forward to seeing what it will look like.
