Chris was very attentive and helpful. He knows the store and its products. Very knowledgeable about birds. The store is beautiful with its many offerings.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. The selection of merchandise is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I always learn something here.

The variety of quality items and the helpfulness of the staff were the major pluses. One young woman who helped us was very personable. When she had trouble with our inquiry, she went straight to a person who had been there a while, and we found the perfect present for a friend of ours. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love the seminars they have on the 2nd Saturday of every month. They always carry my bird seed to my car.

I went in to the store with a problem I was seeing at home with a specific bird eating all my seed and the guys at Wild Birds did a great job in recommending a different type of seed that would be less appealing and it has worked great. I will continue to come back for future needs.
