I have been visiting this store for years. I enjoy talking to all the staff - they are always knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge or look up something if they don't know. I t is a pleasure visiting here.

It doesn't matter if I am the only customer in the store or if there are several people. The staff is always ready to help and take time to talk to me. I can ask questions and they have suggestions or answers. They take a genuine interest as I talk about the birds in my neighborhood/yard.

The staff is always glad to see you and very welcoming. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. One staff member knows me by name. He has a great knack for remembering names.

GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME WAS VERY VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND KNEW THE MERCHANDISE. MADE GREAT GREAT SUGGESTIONS. BLUE JAY IS ENJOYING THE BARK BUTTER BALL! LOVE MY NEW FEEDER FOR CARDINALS ETC.. CAN SEE IT FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE

The products are very good. Staff are all VERY nice and so helpful. It is fun to look around at the delightful items they stock. I always look forward to stopping in at this store.
