The sales person was helpful with questions about birds and made recommendations to help me with unwanted birds.

The people are friendly without being overbearing, letting you browse and take your time, but not let you feel on your own if you have questions or comments. They like to listen to customers' bird stories and they are knowledgeable enough to answer questions about birds and what to do if a customer has a question. They guide you to what would work for what you need, while having an appealing, fun store to look around in, and a variety of high quality feed, feeders, and other items.

I was redeeming a birthday free bag of bird seed and was glad to see that Supeme Blend was among the choices.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as I entered the store. The person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought the free gift for signing up to become a member was really nice.
