I always enjoy going to WBU. We share experiences about "critters" and I can ask questions. The staff is always knowledgable and helpful. They take a personal interest in my stories and help me find solutions to my needs. There is no pressure to buy something other than what I went in to get.

The workers here are very friendly and knowledgeable about products they sell. You could not ask for better attitudes or more helpful service. The products may seem a little expensive but you can not find them just anywhere and the quality is superb. Some products have great guarantees that makes them well worth the cost. I recommend this store to every birder I see.
