Every time I visit the store, I am welcomed by someone, and I am asked if I need any help. When I reply, 'Just Looking', I am not bothered which I really appreciate. When I do need help, the staff are quick to help. Love shopping at WBU!

My question about a bird feeder that used plastic cups to attach to a window was answered very well. I wondered if those cups really worked, and was given some great tips for helping them stick. I always find the people working there to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

I felt that my business was valued. Found just what I was looking for locally and in-stock was awesome! Delighted at selection of merchandise, we were in a bit of a time crunch, but plan to return when I have more time.
