Helpful staff in finding exactly what I needed for my birds in my location. Suggested additional seed which I also purchased.

I live in Louisville. I wanted a specific feeder that was listed on-line at this store. I was very happy they had the feeder in stock. However I wasn't sure which type to get and for that one of the employees helped me decide with excellent information.

I was immediately recognized when I walked into the store. I was there to buy a gift for someone who enjoys feeding the birds, I’m not very knowledgeable about bird feeding, but the gentleman that helped me was, much appreciated!
