The owner/operator, Kristin, and her staff member, Tiffany were wonderful, knowledgeable birders and were very attentive. They were super fun and relaxed and there was no pressure to buy, although they were thorough to point out what ALL was available. They seemed interested in building relationships with their customers in addition to being helpful.
