This is our favorite store in Lexington.

The service was excellent and the people there were very knowledgeable. Enjoy shopping at wild birds they always make me feel very welcome

I love that the people working are so knowledgable and can always answer my questions. The birds in my yard love your food the best! I just don't get the same number or variety of species when I buy cheaper food. I enjoy looking at all the different products, and get excited when planning what to add to my yard to help the birds.

They r great folks that work there. I love it since they almost doubled their size

The staff is always knowledgable and friendly. They remember me. They always inform me of events that are upcoming. Clearly they love what they do!

This store is always neat, clean with beautiful merchandise. But what is so outstanding is the staff. It's incredible how much each of these people know about feeding wild birds. But the one thing that was truly great about this last visit was that I had purchased a cylinder feeder with a bottom tray. After a year or so I had a raccoon problem and the raccoon had unscrewed the tray and the screw was missing. A member of the wbu staff gave me a new screw - immediately, efficiently and with terrific service.
