The staff is friendly, remembers my name. They provide efficient service and great products. I enjoy going to the store to get gift ideas.

Enjoyed birdwatching from deck before social distancing. Added to collection just before shutdown. Chris & Allen or Alan not sure of sp. always are great staff and help in finding what I want/need and carrying items to truck. The other employee on Wed 3/18 was also very helpful. Didn't catch his name. TY

Feeding birds is a passion of mine. I find everything I need at Wild Birds Unlimited. Everything is top quality.

I used the delivery service. The seed was at my front door on Tuesday morning. Delivery was a great help these days.

Actually, i purchased on line and used the free delivery. I love this option as i have a hard time carrying alll the bags as i have a small car. When i go to the store, it is always fun, also.

My husband and I are always HIGHLY SATISFIED when we go to our local Wild Birds Unlimited store in Lexington, KY. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and merchandise is top quality, the seed quality is the best available anywhere, and the store is just a lovely and fun place. It is our favorite store in town.

The folks there are friendly an knowledgeable. The people I interacted with did not push any products on me, but helped me know what was available, and gave me info I needed to make an informed purchase. Despite the way-too-high-prices, I continue to go back because the people are so helpful.

I was very please with the seed selection. I have many feeders and am looking forward to more birds at my home.

The staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad that they are now carrying mason bee cocoons. I appreciate that they offer lectures to educate and inform us on ways to attract birds and pollinators to our yards.
