The staff always remembers my name, my usual order and makes me feel welcome at the store. In this time of lockdown, they have made it as easy as possible to continue my bird feeding.

The employee at the store called me to let me know I needed an additional part to hang my new feeder. In addition, I love being a member where I get surprise items every time I order! they also gave me a free bag of bird seed. The different birds we are now attracting to the yard is very enjoyable. I feel like this shop will be a great resource when I have questions or more problems with the squirrels.

You folks have made shopping from home a delight! Saves the trip from Winchester to Lexington during this pandemic time of anxiety! The speed of delivery was astonishing! Next day service is the best! Thanks, folks!! I'll be ordering again soon!
