Friendly on the phone. I had an additional birthday cert for a 5 lb bag of seed. Told the lady I was fighting starling/blackbirds on my feeders. She suggested I get the safflower since those birds don't care for it. Good advise! Pick up was quick and easy and guy was friendly. No complaints!
