The employees are always the most important wherever I go and the whole staff at WBU are always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products they sell! I have had no complaint in all the years I’ve been buying there. I’m so glad that WBU has stayed open through the whole difficult time of the pandemic and my wonderful birds appreciate it too. The employees also respect the customers by wearing their masks and bringing out our purchases and putting them in the back of our vehicle so we don’t even have to get out. Thank you!

I placed an order on-line and requested to be notified when a particular item was in stock. The next day Betty called from the Lexington, KY. store to let me know that the item had arrived and that she would be able to deliver both orders together that day. She spent some time answering all my questions and making recommendations. What a lovely employee! It was so nice to have someone who was willing to help me - I especially enjoyed it since I’ve been stuck here at home with no one to visit! Thank you WBU!
