The individual we talked with on the phone was very helpful. She successfully changed our email address and looked at our previous order. She asked some specific questions and took our order. When we arrived at the store, our order was deliveredd to our vehicle and we were gone. Great job.

Easy to browse website. Local store delivered within a few days of online order, plus I called and added to order a few hrs. before delivered. wbu has such high quality products, but my the true value of shopping at my store is the amazing knowledge of all the staff. they have helped me so much when i hit a problem. they have helped me expand my bird feeding hobby over the years. i've gotten so much great advice from the staff. they are never unctuous or trying to up-sell me on products, but they will break a leg to help you. it's one of my favorite shopping experiences. this staff has enabled to me over the decades to improve my set up at home which gives me and my family so much pleasure.

this was my first time shopping with wbu and i know very little about birdfeeding. even though i wasn't able to browse in store, the staff was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect system for my yard. i am already enjoying watching the birds enjoy my feeders.
