Betty helped me out today and she was FANTASTIC! She knew and understood the product "Squirrel Eliminator Bird Feeder" that I was interested in purchasing and she delightedly assisted me in making that purchase. Also Nick helped last week when I purchased two caged bird feeders from him along with a suet feeder for woodpeckers. Great job!

The online ordering process was very easy. The product quality is great. Also, we couldn't believe how quickly our order was delivered - less than 24 hours after placing the order!

Everyone was very helpful, so nice and we didn't have to wait. Very good service. Will probably will order online next time. We happened to be in Lexington on May 21 and just went by the store to pick up the order.

I like shopping where folks are knowledgeable about the product and the effects on the environment and the wildlife. It is easy to order on line and pick up at the store..happy to continue in the future.
