Wild Birds Unlimited

As always WBU has quality products and is willing to deliver. In the past I have picked up my purchases in the store, but during the pandemic I have decided to have them delivered. The service and products are great.

I have used the Wild Birds delivery process several times during the Pandemic and I have been very pleased each time. The ordering process is very easy and my items are always delivered in a timely manner. I hope to be able to continue to use this service even as stores continue to open back up because of the tremendous convenience.

I thought the store was open for me to come in but it was not. Before I could call the saleslady came out to me, took my order and delivered it in a very short time. Could not have been more pleased.

I am happy with the ease of ordering and getting to add my birthday gift (5# bag of seeds) to the order. I like knowing they are so wise about birds should I have questions. They are the ones who got me interested in birds. I never thought I would be a bird person. Kind employees.

Staff was knowledgeable of the products I was interested in. They made some valuable suggestions. I was able to purchase some new feeding products and learned some interesting things about feeding the birds.

We love the staff at the Lexington store. They are always very helpful and friendly. When the store was open, we really enjoyed going in and talking with everyone. We REALLY miss being able to visit with them. We also enjoy the seminars and workshops they have. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! We hope everyone stay safe and well.
