I called and placed my order to the answering machine. It was my birthday month, so I added what I wanted for that. As I "finished" placing my order, I had a pause and then added the small suet cylinder. I couldn't think of hot pepper and called it "fiery." I received a call back and we had a laugh together and they clarified what I probably wanted was hot pepper. I picked up my order about an hour later and it was just what I had ordered.
