The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The seed that we buy is well liked by the birds and does not make a mess in our yard. We will be back.

I received it so quickly and the item received is very sturdy. It is a perfect replacement for other previous feeder tray.

We are new to area. Cora brought things out to our car since retail is closed. We got books, bird seed, hook things and more out for us.

Overall experience with staff is fine; however, the website isn’t satisfactory for ordering because it sends me in circles when I try to login: first it says I’ll get an email. When I do, it then sends me back to the website which then says it will send me an email. Endless circles.

Easy to order on line. Delivery time is good. Getting free shipping is at a reasonable level
