The knowledge of staff, they always give me great advice. I love the no mess seed that I started using and it’s quality is excellent. I’m getting more birds and enjoying watching them.

I love the variety of products offered. My favorite product is the hummingbird nectar with copper, it is easy to mix up and I don't need to worry about replacing it every other day, even in hot weather. Everyone at the store has always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate the efforts to stay open during the pandemic and continue to provide our birds with quality food. I can't wait for the day when we can come in again and browse around at all of the merchandise!

The staff came right out to my car when I pulled up. They understood what I wanted and looked up my account to answer some questions on what I had previously purchased. They brought the items out to the car promptly and loaded them into the car. All this was done with a smile.
