to clarify: we did not realize it was curbside only until we reached the store. So we placed our order in person when Chris came out to meet us rather than by phone, I may have misread your options above. As usual Chris was extremely helpful, helped us choose the feeder we needed, and quickly brought it to us

Basically it was trouble and hassle free. The only reason I didn't check the "highly likely" box in terms of recommending WBU to someone else is that we don't have any friends who enjoy birds as much as we do.

I Love the fresh seed. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is fun to visit with so many interesting items to see.

The local WBU shop is lovely & the staff is helpful & courteous. I had no fear about ordering online from WBU. In fact, my 2 bags of seeds arrived the very next day. The bags I ordered were 20 pounds & I did not have to try to get them into/out of my car.

I have been so impressed with every interaction I have had with the staff at WBU in Lexington. They are always more than willing to answer questions and help troubleshoot the best bird feeding set-up (my bird feeding station is now starling free thanks to WBU!).
