The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the bird seed and which is best for the various seasons. The ease of calling in the order and when it is brought to the car the staff are friendly. During COVID-19 the staff are always wearing masks and wearing them correctly.

I made an initial error on the order. Caught it and called in. They were already starting to fill the order and were able to cancel. Remade the order and they filled and delivered in less than 24 hours. AMAZING! How are they going to match this performance in the future?
