Everyone is always so pleasant & helpful. Even before COVID, they loaded the feed into my car for me. Great people!

Easy, convenient. Had a nice conversation in the parking lot with the woman who loaded my order into my trunk. People in this store are very friendly!

We did not preorder, and did not call. Pulled up and someone came out and asked us what we needed. We placed our order, handed over our credit card...quickly we were handed our credit card back and our order was put in the back of our car and off we drove...totally hassle free.

During this Covid 19 outbreak, it is wonderful to get items delivered. I am trying the cylinder feeder again. Not sure which method of feeding I want to do. Just recently resumed feeding again after not doing so for a few years. Wanted to get the birds started this past spring so they would become familiar with this yard again for winter. Felt guilty last winter for not feeding. Thanks for your help with expertise and delivery.

Fast free delivery the quality of the bird seed is completely better then you can get at department stores. When I went into wild birds store before the virus everyone was so helpful. I was having a problem with black birds the directed me to the right kind of food the black birds did not like and with in a week they were gone.
