I'm always satisfied with the service at this store! Was particularly surprised at the same day delivery by a store employee. I expected a service company like FedEx or Brown to drop at my door. I will order home delivery again and next time make sure I have cash on hand to tip the delivery person - who was a total professional.

My order was placed in person. I responded "on phone", because there was no "in person" option. The girl that assisted me couldn't have been nicer. She was great!

Making the order by phone was easy with the cordial clerk. When I arrived for pickup, a young man immediately came out the door, I told him who I was and he delivered my birdseed to the trunk of my car. I love Wild Birds Unlimited for their birdseed and many gift items. Thanks for speakers at Best Friends.

It was a simple order, and arrived even more quickly than I expected. Question about Bird Bucks. I have one from an in-store purchase that had a deadline in September, but since I couldn't make an in-store purchase this time will it still be valid once I can get back into the store? Also, will the BirdBuck that I received from this purchase be usable in-store, or only with another on-line order? Thanks.
