This offer by the WBU was just right and easy. I ordered my seeds and bark butter on line. I was able to look through the offerings in case there was something else I needed. When I arrived at the shop there was no wait. I pulled into the parking lot, opened my hatch, handed my receipt to the team member and my order was placed into my car. This took 2 minutes, honest !!

The staff’s knowledge of the best food I need for my birds is priceless. They spent time with me on the phone answering questions concerning best food choice. They were friendly & pickup was easy. I love my store in Lexington Ky!

Due to covid I limit my shopping trips. Ordering online and having it delivered is great!!

We had not made a prior order. However, when we pulled up to the store an employee came out right away and asked how she could help. I described what we needed, a baffle for a previously purchased feeder pole. She brought one out that wasn't the style I had in mind, she went back in the store and immediately returned with the style I wanted. Clearly she knew the products well and was very friendly and helpful!

It was easy to discuss the kind of suet I should get for this time of year. I was advised to get a different one from the one I had purchased last. I went with that suggestion.

The person I talked to on the phone was very kind and answered all my questions. My order was ready when I got there about 15 minutes later, and an employee saw me pull up and brought it out. He also told me he was calling other stores to try to locate one item that was out of stock.

The people here are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The delivery service makes purchasing items so much easier as the store itself is not located in a convenient part of town for me. The items always come quickly and I've never had an issue.
