Love the store. So refreshing to all that can be done tithe wildlife. Personnel are great.

The entire transaction was marked by clear communication, quick response and delivery. In a covid environment, the delivery was a particularly welcome option. I love visiting the store in person to chat with the knowledgable staff, but the online experience and delivery was wonderful.

The staff is always friendly, always willing to help me take my purchases to my car. The store is always well-stocked. I LOVE my annual bird calendar!

I have been shopping at several WBU's for over 15 years and am always satisfied and excited to fill my feeders. I used to work at WBU in Swansea Illinois under Kathy O'Neill. I now live in Richmond Ky and shop at the Lexington store. I would love to work there part time after I retire.
