Professionalism of staff, ease of ordering

I asked about coming inside (Covid restrictions) and was told there were 2 other people in the store so I could come in. They all spoke to me and different ones helped me, depending on where I had moved in the store. Check out was easy, my membership was renewed, and they carried my bags to the car for me. I appreciate their knowledge of birds, squirrels, and other critters.

I was late in getting a birthday gift ordered for my aunt. Her favorite store in the world is "Wild Birds Unlimited" in Lexington, so I googled it and was delighted to see an online ordering option. I must have entered something wrong during the payment process, because the gift was going to my aunt's address, but had my name on it--so I called just 10 minutes after ordering. I was transferred to Ashley, who was actually already putting my order together and was over-the-top friendly and efficient with fixing the problem I had created. She actually delivered the items I had ordered herself--that very evening. No where in the world could I have gotten better service. I'm still waiting on a package sent on Dec. 3rd (24 days ago) that I paid $100+ to arrive in 6--10 days to be delivered. I am THRILLED with the service--and the people at Wild Birds Unlimited! My aunt believes they are some of the nicest people on earth--and she goes in often (or did before covid). Ashley and WBU made my aunt's birthday bright and beautiful, and for that I am eternally grateful!
