The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The merchandise is attractively displayed. There are always fun things to view and the most extensive selection of feed and feeders. It is a great store.

Have loved this store since it first opened! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, attentive , and knowledgeable about the products. One of my favorite "Happy Places" to go in Lexington!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and asked what I was interested in. I told the sales person, and she went right away to get the bags of bird seed I wanted. I picked out the suet cakes I wanted. I was referred right away to the cashier, who applied my discount. Another staff person brought my purchases to my car, and I was on my way. I appreciate the efficiency!

The staff helped me identify several species that I feed and pointed out a book on the birds of Kentucky which I bought. I was directed to the correct feeder for the feed I wished to use. We look forward to many more visits. We found y’all at the Home Show.

GREAT staff and customer service! I can always find everything I need and more to feed not only birds, but wildlife generally. I especially appreciate the availability of native plants and the native plant garden in front of the store!

I had difficulty placing my order online, so I called the store. The person who took my order was very helpful. The shipping was very fast.
