Great experience. We are from NKY and we're in Dayton for the day. Stopped at this store to see what they might have different from our regular Wikd Birds Unlimited store in Florence. KY. We were very pleased. Patrick was our sales person and was amazing. So helpful and great at suggesting things. He really knew his mdse and we spent lots more than we thought we would spend because of his expertise.

I love the store-it's like a bird museum,just lovely. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly,without pressure to buy anything,although that would be hard to resist.

I always enjoy shopping at WBU. There is a good selection of bird and bird themed merchandise, the folks who work there are very pleasant and know their stuff, and I like the greeting cards I can get at this WBU.

I have already told my neighbor next door to come to your place to get their feeders, baffles, food , etc. Hope they come. Especially during all this Covid mess, your store, Grandma's Gardens and Meadow view are the only places I have gone during this year long epidemic. I always appreciate you sharing you bird knowledge with me. Coming to your store during this epidemic was the highlight of my day. Lois Lind

Love this store and the people who work there. Always friendly, informative and professional. Since I live an hour away I occasionally buy online and have it delivered. I was very surprised to have an employee come right to my door with my order. First rate all the way. Thank you!

Everything is excellent. Except I hate it that the seed comes in plastic rather than paper bags.
