Wild Birds Unlimited

I love this store and their friendly staff. When I order online and go inside to pick it up, they know who I am and are ready to take it to my car.

The whole experience was very good from the friendliness and knowledge of the staff to the selection and quality of the products.

I'm highly satisfied with this particular store mainly because of the people who work there and the great selection of bird items and gift items. The ONLY problem I've experienced is that, in the past few months, the birds suddenly do not seem pleased with the seeds. Prior, I could not fill the feeders fast enough, but now they pick seeds out and simply drop them on the ground (making a huge mess even with the no-mess blends) and the number off birds is now going down. For the prior 10 years never had a problem. Can only think that something has changed in the processing of the seeds that is upsetting the birds. I've actually gone to Ace Hardware for some seeds which I NEVER did before. WBU had always been my preferred source. I understand from other customers that they are having similar problems.

Staff is very good. Disappointed in the selection of high end bird feeders.

The girl who waited on me did a great job of explaining all things 2 me. She new her products. I would ask for her again if I knew her name.
