Solved an annoying problem by consulting with your staff, was able to get seed that wouldn't grow, and my birds are thrilled.

I tried to place a order online with a coupon code and the item showed out of stock-but when I called they were able to pull the bird cylinders aside for me for pick up-truly grateful for this wonderful store and the fantastic experience I always have there. ~:)

Needed a repair of a bird feeder bought at BU and they happily fixed it.

The store has such a warm and welcoming feel. The staff are always available, friendly and helpful. The products are plentiful and varied. It is fun to just look at everything! The livestream of the birds and wildlife is fascinating!
