The woman who helped me was friendly and reminded me about my membership being expired. I got gifts for my new membership and for my birthday. I saved money thanks to her!

This location has continually provided friendly and knowledgeable service. Blake, whom I had called earlier in the day asking about advice on Pileated woodpeckers, was superb in his ability to be knowledgeable on both the woodpecker and even the habitat for them and other birds. He was patient and kind on both the phone and in person. Thank you Blake!

It was the first time I had been in your store, even though I have lived in the area for a number of years. It is an absolutely lovely shop, everything laid out for easy viewing, and the merchandise is clearly high quality. Regarding cleanliness, one of the store employees was actually cleaning when I was there! The same lady rang up my purchase, and I had a few questions, and she was very helpful, and, most importantly, was not the least bit "pushy" for me to buy anything else, which I appreciate.
