It's always a pleasure visiting the store. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. We initially came in for the Blue Bird Presentation which was enlightening. So, I bought something for our blue birds!

My clerk Debbie greeted me as I entered, asked how she could help, guided me to the bird seed I needed, made sure I got my birthday gift, reminded me that I could renew my DSC membership, and took care of that, made sure I received my DSC renewal gift and explained the differences between the two bark butters available, told me of the bird bucks I had earned and reminded me that I no longer needed to keep track of my personal points and helped me carry my merchandise to the car. Debbie was not selling products. She was offering SERVICE extraordinaire.. I think that's why WBU Kettering does so well because all the staff is trained to do the same thing. I am not a big shopper but I always enjoy my visits to WBU. I know I could probably buy my seed for a cheaper price, but the experience would never be so enjoyable.

Fast, courteous service

Ordering online was easy and the pickup was also very easy. The staff was friendly and professional. It was very helpful that I did not have to get out of my car and the order was loaded with care.
