I love WBU. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love the bird seed animals. The product is premium, but I’ve always found it to be worth it!

I am always greeted very quickly after entering the store and offered help with finding what I need. After checking out I am always offered help with getting items to my car. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to laugh at funny bird stories. It's a fun place to shop!

the baltimore oriole feeder was not in stock but the staff offered to pick one up from the Kettering store and bring to Huber store and honor the coupon. couldn’t ask for anything more!
