I think her name was Sidney, she was knowledgeable, able to answer all my question. I like that she was helpful but not pushy. She even gave me tips on the new bird feeder I picked out.

Staff is friendly, helped me carry items to my car. Refunded me when they didn't have the seed in stock that I paid for & gave me back my bird bucks to use on another item. Love the quality of the products from WBU.
