As always , I love the store

I've been having issues with starlings taking over my feeders and was about to give up feeding the birds all together. I went in to the store, hoping someone would be able to help me and the sales associate was SO knowledgeable AND reassuring. By the time I left, I knew what to do and had everything I needed to do it! I've been enjoying starling-free feeders ever since!

Staff were friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about products and explaining details of membership.

Seed I wanted was available both as cylinder and seed. Staff mixed a case of no-mess cylinders half peppered. half plain. Then they carried it to my car. I was happy and the birds are happy1

The Staff is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! It's always a pleasure to visit the Kettering Ohio store. I always leave with a smile on my face!

The problem I experienced was that the credit card system/reader in the store was not working when I arrived. But the staff - who are just the NICESST people! - let everyone know about it as soon as they walked in the door, after greeting each of us. And they had a workaround in place, with assurances of security of our information. As usual, best, most knowledgeable service!

The staff is alway extremely helpful and friendly. A great store to shop.
