I dislike the new point/rewards system. I don’t appreciate that they NOW expire. I like to see my reward in my hand. Save and accumulate to justify a purchase I may of not made before. Is convenient for the store. I even had to call the store to get the store # since it is not printed on new receipt. I looked forward to going to store but not so much anymore. I have spent a huge amount of money in this store have 8 feeders on property that I fill almost daily. It’s a shame you have to change your program.

Much too expensive. Even with the discounts and deals offered, expense of merchandise makes it difficult to find value. Remember, many of the bird watchers/lovers are those older or retired and living on fixed incomes.

I also wanted a 25-lb bag of black oil sunflower seed, which was not immediately available in the store, so I bought one at my next stop, the nearby hardware store. Slowness is built into your check out system, in my opinion, and if I am pressed for time I don’t stop at your store, even if I need something you usually have. And, in my opinion, black oil sunflower seed should be one of the staple items in your store. I don’t use seed mixes or blends, because they cause the birds to make more of a mess- every bird has its favorite seed, and I find that they sift through the mixed seed looking for their favorite, and throwing the rest of the seed on the ground.

I noticed the staff help everyone that came in the store but no one approached me. I was in the store for at least 20 minutes. It felt like the staff only approached senior citizens. I saw everyone else get approached and be asked for help except for me. I needed assistance.

I am looking for new bigger bird feeders like WBU used to sell. The suet appears to be from a different vendor and the Hot Pepper is more expensive. I miss Debra

I am satisfied with the Wild Birds Unlimited experience. The store personnel are always friendly and ready to assist anyone in the store. I really appreciate the store staff in Kettering.

My selection of "Satisfied" with the value is due to my belief that the prices are a bit more than I think they could be. With that said, I plan to continue shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited.
