I was asked if I wanted a calendar but not told the price. I thought it was free. I thought I had heard another customer being told there was no charge.

Satisfied is an appropriate response. Highly satisfied in my world his above and beyond...something extraordinary must have happened.

Staff and quality of products.

The man who helped me was friendly and helpful. I love feeding the hummingbirds and wanted to replace a feeder that had broken. He helped me find the feeders and we discussed that I could get 20% off for trading in the old feeder. My only frustration that day was I purchased another accessory and paid full price. I don't really enjoy getting those notices if I purchase things online I can get a discount and then pick up in the store. Why not just let me have the discount no matter how I decide on the item?

I was looking for a hot pepper bird food without so much post consumer packaging. The plastic spout on the only brand of loose seed you carry is very unappealing to me. I would switch to this seed exclusively (rather than Tractor Supply black oil sunflower seed) if it were available without the single use spout.

The merchandise is very expensive compared to other stores.

not easy to get in and out of parking lot - a bit of a hassle. prices were much higher than I had expected.

I don't think anystore is perfect in all areas.

I was in a hurry to get in and out. The woman helping me took the time to explain EVERYTHING about my receipt, purchase, membership, etc...
