Employee did not know what a peanut butter feeder was nor did she have one on display for me to see. I eventually found one on an upper shelf out of my eyesight later on while shopping. She did order one for me over her smart phone. Nice girl, no complaints there.

Sometimes staff knows what they're talking about with products--others not so much. I realize there is a learning curve but there are so many p-time workers that it's helpful if there are a few full or almost full time workers to be on the floor. Also had trouble determining whether my bill was correct. Turns out that a bird bucks member really only gets about a total of !9% discount--not a true 20%. So the 5% is deducted differently. This is not a real problem but a bit confusing.

I was disappointed that you didn't have more options for sale in bird feeding stations. What you had seemed to be quite limited.

Some of the prices on the gift items seem a little high. But I love the bird food and enjoy the staff.

The website would not accept my delivery order and no payment method available. Had to wait two days before I tried to order online, hen my address was fine and I could make a payment. Order arrived quickly then.
