Ask for a solution to my raccoon problem with my feeder. Bought a new pole and followed all their directions as to what I had done wrong. It’s great but the baffle they sold me does not work at all for raccoons. I looked out the day after installing it and the raccoon was sitting on the baffle raiding my feeder. After looking at your choices I see there’s one supposedly just for raccoons.

I know the problems the country is going through but prices going out of site (gas prices) out of site and I drive from South Charleston that makes it tough. I have given you guys alot of my business since I first delivered product to you when I worked at USF Holland.

Great customer service; however, the store is so small you have to be careful not to run into anyone or anything while carrying merchandise.

My visit was for the purpose of picking up my 5 lb bag of bird seed birthday gift. When I told the employee the purpose of my visit, she pointed to a particular bag and told me that was the seed they were giving away for birthday presents. The manager had long ago informed me that the birthday gift was of a 5 lb bag of seed of my choice. The action of the employee in not offering me a choice is disingenuous, and it seems to be the standard remark by all employees who have waited on me when claiming my birthday gift. Considering Wild Birds Unlimited's impeccable reputation, it is extremely disappointing when an employee is not being truthful.

There was a sale that if you spent 50.00 you got a sale price item. I wasn’t aware of my total til I left. I was about 4-5.00 from the amount. If I’d known, there are a couple more things I’d have bought. Just was a little frustrating.

Looking for a decorative birdhouse. The only house’s available had a base that wasn’t the right side for a 4x4 post

Would have been nice if the sales clerk told me that the fill the bag sake was going to start the next day. I would have come back and probably bought more than the $50 or so. The mail delivery or arrival has been less than satisfying. Not your fails. Received the flyer 2 days into the Sake but unable to get in. Be nice if you could run the sale a week or maybe corporate dictates sale dates. I try to come in when spat is there. She is an outstanding person abd. employee. You are fortunate to Have her
