It seems like the peanuts I have bought the last couple times are not as big as they used to be when I fill my feeder they fall out of the feeder never did that before I’ve mentioned it no answer for it

Bird seed has gotten very expensive in the last couple of years . So much so it’s costing nearly as much to feed them as it does myself. This ultimately will reduce the amount of seed we feed as it’s becoming unaffordable.

I thought I was highly satisfied with my experience. Satisfied as it’s a place to start. I plan on coming back and I was very happy. You all did a good job. We will see how relationship grows.

The prices are expensive

For the second time I tried to place an on-line order using a gift card and for the second time I was unable to. There is no place on the check-out page to enter the gift card number as a form of payment. This forces me to go to the store even if inconvenient at the time. When I mentioned it to the store employees they told me it was because the local store does not have its own website. They offered no solution. If there is a way to do it, it would be nice if someone from your company could provide some instruction in how to do so.

I am very satisfied with wild bird. on this visit I went in they were busy i got what i needed and left. This is where I get my bird supplies and will cotinue

I would like to see more American made items and fewer items made of plastic.

I was hoping for more of a specific brand of greeting cards.

The prices are becoming really expensive. I understand that you must be paying more for your product as well. To compensate I am just filling my feeders less often to make my food last longer.

We have a ten year old feeder pole system. The base coil for driving into ground had separated from the pole, thereby making it very difficult to use. I am disappointed there is a lack of warranty for what appears to be faulty soldering of the coil.
