I live in Louisville, KY, and stop at your store regularly when I am in Kettering to visit family. Your bird seed is THE BEST! The store is lovely, and your employees are always helpful and friendly.

Everyone is highly educated on the product, friendly and helpful. The store always looks clean and organized.

As always staff greeted me when I walked in. Their knowledge and willingness to see if item I was wanting was in stock (they went to storeroom to find last one:) ) was above and beyond!! Always treats me like a bird-loving friend and checkout is a super experience! Thank you!!
