The staff are like family and always are willing to help. We come back because of the great deals we always get for our bird seed and peanuts

The merchandise is high quality. There is an abundance of merchandise to choose from. The prices are a little higher than normal but everything is of a boutique nature and you cannot get these items in other stores.

I loved talking to Pat. She informed me of the upcoming events. She even recommended some things my daughters might like as part of our homeschooling.

Staff provides excellent customer service & are highly knowledgeable. I love their occasional bird talks, the value of WBU membership & quality of products.

Lack of choice re: hummingbird feeders Prices

Price for what I was looking for was higher than I expected.

Prices r 2 high. Prices r cheaper at other places

I always enjoy shopping at WBU and will be back soon.
