This store is GREAT - mostly due to the wonderful people who work there. Products are fantastic and love the seasonal items that it carries.

we were greeted fairly quickly when we entered -- and then shown directly to the items we had come to purchase. we asked questions about those items and were satisfied with those answers. we were helped to our car with the merchandise we purchased and encouraged to stop back as we needed more merchandise for our birds.

Salesperson gave valuable advice on differences in bird food, insured I received all benefits I was eligible for, and offered to carry purchases out to car.

Salesperson recommended items that squirrels don’t like since I was having a problem with them eating all the food for the birds

Very knowledgable staff who are friendly and greet you upon entering the store. Great selection of bird feeders and accessories as well as unique gift items. WBU is a fun place to browse to learn about birds and nature.
