The special bird seeds they offer that others don't are great. Ex: hot pepper bird seed. I do find a lot of the novelity items are priced too high. Foe example a coffee mug with a red bird look like in water colors was priced at $17.99 Beautiful, but too high for me

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they offer something different to try for feeding birds or special items (feeders, baths etc.)

The staff are so friendly and know me and my husband each time we come in. They chat with us, talk to us about the products we're purchasing, recommend others, and always help us carry our supplies to our car. And what's more, they are KIND and they LISTEN, which isn't common these days...they treat us like neighbors, and we LOVE going there!
