The staff there knows us on sight and always is quick to assist. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and interested in us. And they always take the time to chat and smile while they are looking us up in the computer and ringing up our purchases.

Everything about this store spells class. Wonderful, friendly customer service. Great location.

I was greeted immediately. They asked if they could help & found my item. They were training a new person @ the cash register, but all went quickly & w/ease.

I visit the Kettering Wild Birds fairly frequently, and have gotten to know the staff. They are very kind, knowledgeable and fun. The store is always stocked with the bird food items that I need and more. I usually go home with more than I needed, which is not a bad thing. Love Wild Birds for myself and gifts for friends and family.

The employees are always very attentive & helpful. The bird seed I came in for was at an additional discount. They always have new items that I like to check out when I shop here.
