Staff always helpful and help me carry stuff to the car. They were knowledgeable about foods. Also reminded me that I have bird bucks....great!

The quality of seed etc is exceptional! lots of nuts and no "filler"- although not for human consumption, it could be because of all the nuts fruit etc. the birds that visit my feeder are spoiled!

Staff are always nice. They engage quickly when I enter the store. Do not hound me. Welcoming to my 5 year old. Merchandise is high quality and it is a fun store to look around.

This is not an inexpensive hobby. That's for sure but the resident cat was very friendly for my visit and he can be a bit picky as to whom he shares himself.

The store is beautiful, easy to maneuver, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy buying my products for the birds there and really enjoy watching the live cam while there!
