The atmosphere in the store is always one of kindness, friendliness and celebration. The products are perfect for bird and squirrel lovers, from food to clothing. The cat is an added bonus-very aloof yet social. I always feel like a valued customer/friend! I love the online shopping feature, both the in store pick up and delivery options, but miss the store visit when I shop that way. WBU is a great way to spend time and share with others who enjoy wildlife.

Had what I wanted at a good price. Received help in identifying a large bird that frequents my backyard. It was a Cooper Hawk.
