Even with the special sale there were plenty of staff available for help. Also, the store was well-stocked with both Christmas favorites as well as basic wild bird feeding/care needs.

Everyone friendly and knowledgeable.

I got there on Black Fri but planned to be there when the big rush was over. Plenty sales people—always willing to listen!! I’m very concerned about the lack of birds at my feeders the past year—they suggested corn?? Bought some—will try—also bought beautiful bird book!!!!

The store always has what I need. It is wonderful to have someone help me out to my car with my things. Love being able to shop on Sunday due to my work time during the week.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They are able to answer my questions about birding and also about products. They are eager to please without being obsequious.

This is just the greater store in the city. Employees are most wonderful; high quality products; interesting and wide variety of gift items; and overall a fun place to shop.
