Great location, friendly staff, and I always find something fun to go home with.

I was in on Saturday, my husband and I both have December birthdays so we each got a free gift (bag of seed). The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I just love this store!

Love renewing my membership at your open house for the extra gifts and double reward points. Staff is always helpful communicating the promotions and member rewards. Staff turnover is low so it's very enjoyable knowing the staff and building relationships with the team.

I had wonderful service and the staff help me with a question about a return.

I got 2 free owl suets for purchasing suet cylinders and I have one problem. Most of the birds are afraid of it except for the woodpeckers. I guess it was too real. Also got a squirrel suet and they were afraid of it until the head was gone, due to the woodpeckers. I am glad they were free. I am not upset, but it is funny that the rest of the birds stayed away from the food until it was gone. The eyes from the owl I think are what had them keep their distance.

I have been coming to WBU in Kettering for many years. The double points and bird bucks made me shop more for something I did not expect to purchase. The way the staff made themselves available while we were standing in line and answered our questions was really great and their service for all waiting in line was fair and considerate. And I love my yearly gift!
